The minimum stay is 5 - 7 days depending on the period. Shorter stays may be possible, but depending on the period, a price increase may also apply. The price includes all expenses, with no additional costs during your stay at the villa. This includes tourist tax, final cleaning, baby cot, high chair, bed linens, towels, pool towels, selection of Aura brand spirits, Starlink-Satellite Internet, parking, EV charging station in a closed garage.
Only a small hypoallergenic dog (10€/day) is allowed, but it is not permitted to swim in the pool or sleep on the bed or sofa.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 35% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 65% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
